Dates Smoothie Juice - Famous Indian Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Boiled water – 1 cup
  • Dates seedless – 12 no’s
  • Vanilla essence – ¼ tsp
  • Curd 1- cup
  • Lemon juice –¼ tsp
  • Milk – ¼ cup
  • Cardamom powder – 1pinch

Steps to cook:

  1. In boiled water add dates and soak it for 10 minutes.

  2. Transfer dates to mixer without water then add vanilla essence, curd, lemon juice, milk, cardamom powder and grind well.

  3. Now smoothie is ready to serve.
